Register by Mail
Download and print a registration form from the participant materials section. Contact the Chapter Office at 866-517-5070 or firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a form in the mail or by fax. Registration forms can be mailed separately or with any donations to the Chapter Office at 101 Greenwood Avenue, Suite 200, Jenkintown, PA 19046.
If you miss online registration, you can register at the Onsite Registration Tent on walk day!
