This session, facilitated by the LFA's Lupus Self Help Course Leaders will provide guidance for using real life tools to allow you to better manage your lupus.  The practical tips and strategies that will be shared include formulating a flare plan, preparing for your doctor’s appointments, managing obstacles and setting goals for the future.
